YSRCP rebel MP Raghuramakrishnam Raju on Sunday met Defence Minister rnRajnath Singh and lodged a complaint that there was a conspiracy to rndischarge him from the Army hospital, where he was lodged as per the rnSupreme Court orders, earlier so that he could be taken to Guntur and rnthen be arrested. The meeting, which went on for 20 minutes, was held onrn Raghurama’s request.
Raghurama said that TTD JEO Dharma Reddy rnand Guntur SP Ammi Reddy had conspired and used Army Hospital registrar rnPK Reddy to pressurise the doctors to discharge him quickly. He said rnthat TTD JEO Dharma Reddy, who is originally an officer from Defence rnAccounts and Audit Service wing, has come back to Hyderabad. Raghurama rnsaid that Dharma Reddy met KP Reddy and brought pressure on the latter rnto release Raghurama quickly.
He further said that Guntur SP rnAmmi Reddy had stayed put near the Secunderabad Army Hospital along withrn 15 cops to arrest him (Raghurama). He said it was only after his rnrequest that he was released on May 26 instead of May 24.
Raghuramarn has provided the mess bills of the police personnel as a proof of his rncontention. He also demanded that the call date records of KP Reddy be rnprobed to unravel his links to the whole conspiracy. He demanded a rncomprehensive probe into the whole affair.
