Raghuveera inching towards YSRCP, not BJP?

Former APCC Chief Neelakantham Raghuveera Reddy was rumoured to have been considering joining the BJP after he quit the Congress party recently. This was considering that the politician has good ties with several BJP ministers from Karnataka, and his religious beliefs, which incline towards the BJP. However, the latest reports suggest that Raghuveera Reddy is inching towards joining the YSRCP now.

Raghuveera Reddy has close friends in the YSRCP, who defected from the Congress and joined the YSRCP, are said to be pressurising the leader to join the YSRCP. MLC Tippeswamy and MLA Ananta Venkatrami Reddy, who are considered to be close to Raghuveera Reddy are said to be the people who are pressurising the politician to join the YSRCP, as they are currently enjoying good posts in the party.

Botsa Satyanarayana is also considered to be close to Raghuveera, and AP CM Jagan is said to respect Raghuveera a lot, hence, the chances of him joining the YSRCP are said to be high. On the other hand, Raghuveera has never lost an election, between the years 1989 and 2014, and only lost in the elections in 2014 and 2019, after the public completely rejected the Congress. At a point, after the passing of former united Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy, Raghuveera Reddy was considered to be the next CM for the state.
