The makers of RRR have been persuading the makers of Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak to alter the release date. In a last gasp attempt, Rajamouli is said to have secured the appointment of Pawan Kalyan and he will be meeting with the latter next week.
Rajamouli intends to request Pawan Kalyan to postpone the release of Bheemla Nayak in order to accommodate RRR. This will be a personal meeting.
If Pawan Kalyan does oblige to Rajamouli’s request, then Bheemla Nayak will be postponed to a later date and RRR can enjoy a free run at the box office for one full week.
Rajamouli is hopeful of convincing Pawan Kalyan to alter Bheemla Nayak’s release plan. But nothing is for certain for now.
As things stand, RRR will be out on the 7th of January and Bheemla Nayak will be out on the 12th of January. The outcome of the meeting will determine the Sankranthi release window.
