Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Annaatthe has finally locked its release date. The film, which was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, is now all set to hit the theatres on November 4, this year. The makers are releasing the flick on the Deepavali festive season.
The release date is announced with a new poster, which features the Robo actor in a neatly trimmed beard look, donning a white shirt.
The shooting of the film is on the verge of completion and the makers will kick start the post-production formalities soon. Annaatthe is one of the most awaited films in South India as the rural drama stars Rajinikanth in a powerful role.
Directed by Siruthai Siva, the film stars Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Meena and Khushbu as the leading ladies. It has Prakash Raj, Soori and Sathish in key roles.
