After the disastrous outing of Naa Peru Surya, actually mega hero Allu Arjun wanted to do a commercial film that will give him some relief. Before zeroing on Trivikram’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, he has actually toyed around the idea of remaking super hit Bollywood movie Sonu Ke Teetu Ki Sweety. Here’s a latest snippet about it.
Upon not being able to turn it into a single hero film, as the Hindi version has two heroes in the leads with equally important characters, Allu Arjun is said to have given up the idea. And now, the remake version has landed at Ramanaidu studios, if reports are to be believed. Suresh Babu is said to be contemplating to remake it with Rana in the role of Karthik Aryan, while they might go for Vishwak Sen as the other hero in the movie.
Though there is no official confirmation over this, sources revealed that Suresh is trying to set some good remake movies for Rana like how he did for Venkatesh, such that the young hero will not waste huge time between each of his films in the name of searching for a good story.
Earlier we have films like De De Pyaar De, Vicky Donor, Dream Girl and other Hindi remake rights landing at Suresh’s doorstep, but only Dream Girl remake is happening with Raj Tarun, while Venkatesh picked up Tamil film Asuran remake. So we have to see how far the news about Sonu Ke remake will come true.
