Hero Nithiin said that heroine Rashmika Mandanna was signed for the film ‘Bheeshma’ before him. It was director Venky Kudumula who preferred Rashmika, added the hero.
However, Nithiin initially opposed Rashmika’s name due to combination sentiment.
“For ‘Chalo’ and ‘Bheeshma’ director, heroine, music composer and cinematographer are the same. I thought this combination, is a sentiment and it should not be encouraged,” stated Nithiin.
Somehow his opinion changed.
“When Venky Kudumula convinced me and as we started shooting, I really got along with Rashmika and in fact I’m looking forward to work with her again and again. Me and Venky might team up in future and probably Rashmika would be our first choice then,” said Nithiin.
Recollecting one incident wherein Rashmika made the whole team wait for six hours, Nithiin said it was a memorable incident.
Actress Rashmika added that Bheeshma is going to be fun-loving movie and audiences will come out of the theatres in happy mood.
The Kannada beauty added that she had a great time shooting in abroad for the songs and it was her memorable experience.
Bheeshma is releasing on February 21st.
