Mythri Movie Makers have sold the remake rights of Rangasthalam for Rs. 1.5 Crore and guess what, Lawrence has bagged the Tamil remake rights.
Is he going to play the lead role in Tamil version? Looks like it is Lawrence’s idea behind bagging the rights. Lingusaamy is the frontrunner to direct Rangasthalam in Tamil.
This is a surprising combination given the track record of Lawrence and Lingusaamy. Both are known for mass masala stuff targeted at frontbenchers.
