The film is directed by Merlapaka Gandhi of Venkatadri Express and Express Raja fame. The director is known for making hilarious comedies. Even KAY promos are very entertaining with Nani as Krishna stealing the spotlight.Nani has tried Chittoor accent for Krishna’s role that is said to be the major highlight of Krishnarjuna Yuddham. Arjun character is a rock star that caters to urban youth.
The film is a mix of mass and class loaded with heavy duty action and comedy.
Dil Raju bought entire distribution rights of the film and is very confident of hitting bull’s eye as distributor with Nani, with whom he delivered back to back super hits last year as producer.Anupama and Rukhsar are the heroines in KAY which has music composed by Dhruva fame Hiphop Thamizha. Daari Choodu song from the album is already a big hit with the music lovers.
