Richa Chadha shares a court order as a fitting reply proving that she won!

On Thursday Actor Richa Chadha disclosed a copy of the court order to refute false allegations made by an actor, who said she would not apologise to Richa for allegedly making below the belt remarks against her.

Richa gave a fitting reply publicly on Insta that she had ‘won’ over the dispute by sharing a court agreement order.

“WE WON! Satyamev Jayate! Grateful to the Hon. Bombay High Court for justice ! The order is now in public record, freely available for all on the High Court website. Thank you for your support, next hearing (for settlement) is on the 12th as is mentioned in the order.”

On the second sheet of the court order, marked in red words – ‘withdrawing her statements’ and ‘an unconditional apology’ is also seen.

To the unversed, when Anurag Kashyap case sprung up, Payal Gosh filed a case against charges of sexual misconduct. Anurag claimed that few actresses are just a call away in doing sexual favours to him. In this regard, actress Payal Gosh, Kamal R Khan and media channels like ABN Telugu, published offending videos and news on Richa Chadha. While Richa’s lawyer filed a suit claiming defamation charges against all three before Bombay high court.

Lawyers, who are representatives of three defendants said they have issued an apology in this regard.
