Actress and YSRCP MLA Roja’s Husband, RK Selvamani breathed fire on happening actress, Pooja Hegde in his latest interaction with media. He severely criticized the actress for constituting for unnecessarily high production costs, which add a whole lot of financial burden on the producers of her ongoing projects.
“In the early stages of her career, Pooja Hegde used to come to shooting locations with 1 additional person, but after attaining stardom, she has started adding additional burden on the producers. Now, she is bringing as many as 12 people to shooting locations. What is the need for her to bring 12 people to the shooting location along with her? Why does she need so many people around her on the shooting spot? She needs to refrain from intentionally invoking high production costs, which will affect the producers,” he said.
Selvamani’s serious comments on Pooja Hegde are catching the attention of social media users as not many people knew that the dusky actress has a personal team of 12 members who are present with her on the shooting location. It is very much evident that Selvamani has taken the producers’ side in this particular circumstance and understandably so.
On the work front, Pooja Hegde is one of the busiest actresses in Telugu cinema now. She has Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam lined up for release next Sankranthi. She was also announced as the female lead in SSMB28, which marks the coming together of superstar Mahesh Babu and Trivikram. This will be her second collaboration with Mahesh Babu after Maharshi and also her third collaboration with Trivikram after Aravinda Sametha and Ala Vaikunthapurramulo.
Apart from these biggies, the super sensuous actress paired with Akhil Akkineni for Most Eligible Bachelor which had wrapped up the shoot and is gearing up for theatrical release. She is also debuting in Kollywood with Tamil superstar Thalpathy Vijay’s Beast. This much-awaited action thriller is expected to boost Pooja’s career in Tamil cinema. On a related note, speculations are rife that Pooja and Vijay will be flying to Russia very soon to shoot for an important action sequence in the film.
