News is everywhere that the Overseas rights of Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus #RRR, which features superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the leads, actually got sold out for a hefty price to a Dubai based company. But who will give the confirmation about this is the question now.
Dubai based Phars Film Co LLC is known for releasing various Malayalam and English films in the Gulf region including that of UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. Reports are now coming that this company has acquired the distribution rights of #RRR for all over the world, except India and China, for a price of Rs 65 crores.
Right now, this news is spreading everywhere but neither #RRR producer DVV Danayya, nor Phars Film Co LLC has confirmed it officially and about the numbers too. That makes many wonders how come the news got leaked, or this is just a publicity stunt to get attention for the movie?
Anyway, #RRR is 200+ crores mega-budgeted movie Rajamouli is making it prestigiously with two big stars. And this patriotic film is likely to release in as many languages in India as possible and might touch more than 500 crores pre-release business from satellite rights, digital streaming rights, and all others.
