It is already known that YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has filed a bail cancellation petition against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, in the CBI court. In his petition, RRR said that Jagan’s bail should be cancelled because the CM is misusing his bail liberties and conditions. The case is currently going on in the CBI Court, and the hearing is pending on August 25th.
On the other hand, RRR has now filed another petition against YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy, in the CBI court, requesting Vijayasai’s bail cancellation as well. RRR stated in his petition that while Jagan is the A1 in these cases, Vijayasai is A2. RRR said that Vijayasai is also misusing his bail and intimidating the people by meeting Union Ministers, and seeming like he has very close ties with them.
RRR also said that Vijayasai is trying to scare off the witnesses by doing so and that he has also written a letter to Amit Shah, requesting Amit Shah to not appoint an officer as the CBI joint director, who happens to be the main officer in Vijayasai’s case. It is now to be seen if RRR’s case will be accepted by the CBI court or not.
