RRR’s wig becomes political issue in YSRCP

Narasapuram MP and YSRCP member Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has become very famous with his controversial comments on his own party and the decisions that his own party members are taking. RRR takes part in frequent media conferences and makes statements about various things, including firing at other leaders of his party.

In his latest interview, RRR spoke about the manner in which YSRCP is dealing with caste in the state. He said that the party promised to the people of the state that it would make sure that it created equal opportunities to people of all castes in the state. However, the situation has changed quite a bit after the party came to power.

RRR has said that the party is giving all the prominent posts to only members belonging to the Reddy caste, and is limiting all others caste members to lowly posts like Peon, and others. He said that this is yet another example of how the party is not sticking to the promises it made during its campaign.

RRR has reminded the CM that indiscrimination of caste doesn’t mean that all the prominent posts go to only caste, that indiscrimination of caste means that all posts should be divided equally among people belonging to all castes, depending on their merit.

Furthermore, RRR roasted the Chief Digital Director and Social Media Incharge of YSRCP, Gurrampati Devedar Reddy, who recently passed comments on RRR’s wig. RRR has already complained about the same to the Chief Secretary, and also said that he would approach the Privilege Committee of the Parliament if necessary actions would not be taken against Gurrampati.

Speaking about Gurrampati, RRR said that Gurrampati is a very short man who wouldn’t even reach RRR’s torso if they both were standing beside each other. In that case, RRR questioned how and why his wig would matter to Gurrampati, who clearly couldn’t see over RRR’s head.

RRR also said that he should be suspended by the party if the party did not want him, but made it clear that he wouldn’t leave the party because he chose to stay with it. Taking into account all the comments made by RRR, many are wondering if he aimed those statements in general, or if they were aimed at a particular person belonging to the Reddy community, whom RRR chose not to mention.
