Tubelight is one of the most-awaited films of 2017. Besides being a Salman Khan vehicle, it has much in it to look forward to.
First of all, Tubelight is a Kabir Khan film. Kabir has earlier delivered massive blockbusters with Salman Khan, such as, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Ek Tha Tiger. Secondly, this time, Salman Khan is acting opposite a Chinese heroine, Zhu Zhu who is making her Bollywood debut with Tubelight.
Besides these, the backdrop of the film is intriguing, the 1962 Sino-Indian War. According to reports, Salman Khan plays an intellectually slow character (hence called ‘Tubelight) who loses his brother, an Indian soldier, in China during the war. Thereafter, he crosses the border to find him.
Raising all expectations, Salman Khan today took to Twitter to share the first poster of Tubelight. With the tagline, “Kya tumhe yakeen hai?” (Do you believe it?), the poster shows Salman Khan standing, facing the sun, with his back towards the camera. Have a look:
