Marathi girl Mrunal Thakur mesmerized the Telugu audience with her heavenly looks and flawless performance in the classic love story ‘Sita Ramam’. She looked lovely in the vintage look. She was the heart of this movie and proved her acting prowess in emotional sequences. She acted in a lot of notable films like ‘Toofan’, ‘Super 30’, ‘Jersey’ and others in Hindi but she gained a lot of recognition for ‘Sita Ramam’ and she is currently working on ‘Nani30’.
She recently had a release in Hindi and the movie is titled ‘Gumrah’. Starring Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead, it is a remake of Ram’s ‘RED’. It got a negative talk already and is getting very low collections. Keeping it aside, Mrunal recently tweeted about star actress Samantha and said that she can’t wait to see her upcoming film ‘Shaakunthalam’. She said, “Can’t wait to watch Shaakuntalam! You’re so inspiring Sam. My question to you is when are we working on a film together?” She asked this during Sam’s Q&A session on Twitter.
Samantha responded, “Congratulations on Gumraah beautiful Mrunal. Let’s do it.. love the idea!!” and Mrunal looked excited while saying that she is keeping her fingers crossed for it to happen.
Samantha is a busy bee these days with her movie shootings and promotions of her upcoming release ‘Shaakunthalam’. While the Indian version of ‘Citadel’ and Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Khushi’ is still in the making, the glamorous diva is busily promoting her mythological drama ‘Shaakunthalam’ through interviews and on social media platforms as well.
