The other day, Samantha penned a lovely note for her ex-brother-in-law, Akhil Akkineni, on his birthday. Taking to Instagram Stories, the Rangasthalam actress shared Akhil’s latest post and wrote: “Happy birthday, Akhil Akkineni! Wishing you the very best this year. I hope and pray you are blessed with everything you are looking for. God bless.”
For the unversed, Chay and Akhil are half-brothers. Chaitanya is the son of Nagarjuna and his first wife Lakshmi. In 1992, Nag married Amala and welcomed their son, Akhil in 1994.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Akhil will next be seen in director Surender Reddy’s Agent. Newbie Sakshi Vaidya is playing Akhil’s love interest in the movie. Hip-hop Tamizha is composing the music. The big-budget entertainer is scheduled for release on August 12.
