There is no denying that South siren Samantha Akkineni has attained a top position in Tollywood with her amazing acting skills and arresting screen presence. Even after making her mark in the South film industry, the actress has taken a lot of time to make her Hindi debut.
Now, the Rangasthalam actress is set to have a grand launch in Bollywood with the new season of the Amazon Original Series The Family Man. The actress is making her debut by joining the stellar cast of the show including Padma Shree recipient Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, and Seema Biswas.
In a recent interview with an English daily, the actress was asked why she took the time to chose a Hindi project. Samantha said, “Because maybe I am scared? (laughs) The talent here is amazing. I am scared.”
The actress has also expressed her desire to work with Ranbir Kapoor in a romantic Bollywood film. It remains to be seen if any producer or director reading this may work on this possible combination. The Family Man 2 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 4, 2021.
