The Secunderabad court gave a shock to former AP minister and TDP leader Bhuma Akhila Priya.
She was arrested by the police in the kidnapping case of CM KCR’s relatives which caused a sensation in Telangana. The Secunderabad court dismissed her bail petition.
In the past, the police reported to the court that if Akhila Priya was granted bail, then she would manipulate the evidence.
The trial court refused to grant bail. It stated that cases with a punishment of life imprisonment do not fall within their purview.
They have suggested Akhila Priya file a bail petition in the Sessions Court.
Now, Bhuma Akhila Priya will file a petition in Nampally Sessions Court for bail in this regard. However, the Secunderabad court ruled that “this is a case punishable by life imprisonment”.
