Sharwanand and Samantha are all set to recreate the magic of ’96’ movie in Telugu. This film ended up as a cult classic in Tamil cinema and even before the film got released, Producer Dil Raju was impressed with the storyline and he acquired the Telugu rights of ’96’.
According to our sources, the regular shooting of this untitled romantic entertainer will commence from March.
Tamil version director C Prem Kumar is on the board and the rest of the cast and crew are yet to be announced.
Sharwanand is currently shooting for his untitled action entertainer with Sudheer Varma and Samantha is about to complete ‘Majili’ with Naga Chaitanya.
Producer Dil Raju started off 2019 with a Blockbuster ‘F2’ and he is confident that Telugu audience will fall in love with Sharwanand & Samantha’s ’96’ remake.
