In a most shocking incident, Hindu Mahasabha members recreated the shooting of Gandhiji by Nathuram Godse, on the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. This is a ridiculous act and is a great insult to the father of nation.
Hindu Mahasabha National secretary, Pooja Shakun Pandey has shot and burned Gandhiji’s effigy and garlanded Godse’s statue to commemorate Gandhiji’s assassination. They also distributed sweets among them after this heinous act.
This is first ever time that an effigy of Gandhiji is shot and what is more gross is that the effigy had to bleed after the secretary shoots it! This is a shocking provocation by Hindutva fringe and they have gone too far this time by shooting Gandhiji’s effigy commemorating his death anniversary, though they have celebrated Godse’s acts earlier too.
We have to see if the BJP government is ready to take action against the Hindu Mahasabha.
