It is a known fact that it was the Congress government that approved and made the Telangana state possible, bifurcating the united state of Andhra Pradesh into Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. However, this didn’t stop Telangana Chief Minister KCR from making sure that the Congress doesn’t stay any relevant in the state, by taking all of Congress’ leaders into the TRS.
In fact, not on one single occasion did the CM show any support to the party in all these years, which is why it has now come as a major shock for everyone to see that CM KCR has raised his voice in support of Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi recently asked the BJP to show proof of the surgical strike it carried out against the terrorists of Pakistan and in response to that, BJP Assam CM Hemant Biswa Sarma asked Rahul Gandhi if the BJP ever asked Rahul Gandhi to prove that he’s the son of Rajiv Gandhi.
Reacting to this, KCR said that Assam’s CM be immediately removed, saying that it is not the kind of culture that is to be spread around in the country, as Rahul Gandhi’s family has served as the PMs of the country for several decades. KCR coming out in such major support of the Congress is raising questions, especially if he has decided to side with the Congress for the upcoming 2024 elections. It is now to be seen what KCR’s real intention was, behind supporting Rahul Gandhi.
