Last year, when a farmer’s family from Chitto was ploughing their field with the help of their daughters pulling the plough,as they neither possessed tractors nor Oxes to pull the plough, actor Sonu Sood stepped in and helped the family by providing them with a tractor. This became a nationwide sensation back then, and everyone appreciated Sonu Sood for it, except the YSRCP. In return, the YSRCP spread rumours of the family that Sonu Sood helped, not being farmers, and belonging to another section of the society.
Sonu Sood has constantly been helping out hundreds of people throughout the country, during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in the country, by providing them with whatever is needed, and by mainly providing oxygen, due to the shortage of which, several people have lost their lives. Initially, Shive Sena opposed Sonu Sood and said that he was politically motivated. However, after Sonu Sood met with Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, and clarified with him that his actions are not politically motivated, there haven’t been any other political comments on Sonu Sood so far.
Recently, Sonu Sood joined in a virtual meeting, where he discussed with Chandrababu Naidu the importance of helping the community around us during times like coronavirus. Chandrababu heavily praised Sonu for his charity and the way he’s helping out people selflessly. As a result, Sonu also spoke a few good words about Chandrababu and said that he wishes to take Chandrababu to his town so that the TDP leader would give his inputs in the development of the area. Naturally, these comments from Sonu Sood, on Chandrababu, did not sit well with the YSRCP.
With the TDP greatly publicising Sonu’s words on all social media platforms, Sonu Sood is expected to naturally become YSRCP’s enemy. Considering that the YSRCP never backs down in bringing down anyone associated with Chandrababu and the TDP, it is being said that the YSRCP will soon launch a verbal attack on Sonu Sood.
