Actress and former Secunderabad MLA Jayasudha will be meeting YS Jagan and will formally join YSRCP in his presence. In the year 2016, Jayasudha joined TDP however remained away from politics due to her personal reasons.
Back in 2009, Jayasudha joined Congress party and it was then CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy who allotted Secunderabad assembly ticket to her. She got elected as MLA for the first time and post bifurcation of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, she contested from the same constituency. However, she lost the polls. During her tenure as MLA from 2009 to 2014, Jayasudha had political differences with then GHMC Mayor Banda Karthika Reddy.
Coming to her latest political course, it is still unclear whether Jayasudha will contest the coming elections. If so which constituency will she pick or will Jagan himself select a constituency for her is yet to be known.
