Several TV anchors and actors ventured into films. But, most of them failed utterly in impressing big screen audience.
Anchor Pradeep, however, seems to have his own plans regarding his film career.
Though Pradeep was approached earlier by several upcoming filmmakers with different subjects, he picked Munna as director and 30 Roullo Preminchatam Ela story for his heroic debut film.
“The directors who previously came to me had intentions of cashing on my craze in small screen. But, I always wanted a subject that will present me in a new dimension.”
Pradeep affirms that there will be good expectations on his film among family audience, so he picked the subject which will show him in the role of guy next door.
“I genuinely say that, story is the hero of the film. Director Munna penned the story and made the film in a way that you will see only characters, but not the characters.”
Amritha Aiyer is the leading lady in 30 Roullo Preminchatam Ela heading for a release on March 25th for Ugadi. Let’s see whether Pradeep can prove his mettle as film hero!
