Telangana cop criticizes Bheemla Nayak’s title song

The title song of Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Bheemla Nayak was unveiled yesterday on the actor’s 50th birthday. The much-awaited song impressed the audience immensely. It is known news that Pawan Kalyan plays the cop in the film and the song narrates the character of the actor.

However, an IPS officer objected to the song. The lyrics in the song were written mistaken. Hyderabad East Zone’s DCP M. Ramesh has criticized the lyrics of the song.

“Thankfully, @TelanganaCOPs are #PeopleFriendlyPolice . We don’t break the bones of those whom we are paid to protect ! Surprisingly, @ramjowrites couldn’t find enough words in Telugu to describe the valour of a cop. No mention of service in the song,” he tweeted sharing the song.

However, the movie team has not responded to these comments yet. The film stars Rana Daggubati as a retired havildar named Daniel Shekar.

Bheemla Nayak also stars Nithya Menen as the female lead with the screenplay, and dialogues penned by Trivikram Srinivas. Directed by Saagar Chandra, the film will be hitting the big screens as Sankranti special.
