The social media should be wisely handled. But people are misusing it especially youngsters. In the recent times, many mischievous pranksters were detained by the cops for derogatory remarks on popular personalities and even the common man.
The same scene repeated yet again. A Telangana youth is put behind the bars for his offensive social media posts on PM Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adiyanath. The detained is Yonis Khan who hails from Tharod village of Mudhole mandal of Nirmal district.
Yonis is said to be doing such posts on facebook and other social media application since long time. Bhainsa BJP leaders who have noticed this, lodged a complaint and based on it, the police have tracked Yonis.
The police reiterated that abusive and derogatory social media posts, hate speech will not be tolerated at any cost.
