Multiple National Award winning hero Dhanush is known for picking up versatile storylines. He constantly tries to reinvent himself and changes his looks constantly to the character he plays. He currently has ‘Vada Chennai 2’, Sekhar Kammula’s project, the sequel of ‘Yuganiki Okkadu’ and others. The first look of his next release ‘Captain Miller’ was released a few days back.
Apart from that, the star actor was spotted with his head shaved completely at Tirumala temple. The shooting of his landmark 50th film is reportedly begun and Dhanush himself will direct this movie. Dhanush became a director with ‘Power Paandi’ before and this is going to be his second directorial.
The latest we hear is that a prominent Telugu actor was roped into playing a crucial role in the movie. As we know, Dhanush has a good craze in Telugu states and his ‘Sir’ was a big hit in AP & Telangana. SJ Suryah and Vishnu Vishal will be playing full-length roles and sources reveal that bringing a Telugu actor will definitely boost the film’s box office prospects. His ‘Captain Miller’ will be released soon and he is also going to work on Sekhar Kammula’s movie but have to wrap up his directorial first.
Coming to ‘Captain Miller’, it is presented by T.G. Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films and produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan. It is a period film set against the backdrops of the 1930s-40s. GV Prakash is the music composer of this movie which will be hitting the big screens in 2023. Legendary superstar Shiva Rajkumar and Sundeep Kishan are playing major roles in this film while Priya Arul Mohan is the heroine.
