In the recent times, though Rangasthalam was paid 22 crores for b-town rights, Jr NTR’s Aravinda Sametha fetched only 18 crores and Maharshi was given 20 crores by Hindi folks. Surprisingly, the film has fetched a terrific price of 22 crores, as the makers are said to have laid the demand of selling the film at the range of Rangasthalam deal. That way #VVR has created a record with its selling price, but the thanks should be conveyed to Rangasthalam only.
