The pre-release event of the Telugu version of the Hindi film, Bhediya, has taken place in Hyderabad today. The film is titled Thodelu in Telugu, and it is set to be released on the 25th of this month. The film is directed by Amar Kaushik and features Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles.
The film is being released in Telugu by Geetha Arts, and producer Allu Aravind was also a part of the pre-release event. Varun and Kriti were also a part of the pre-release event. Kriti said that she’s incredibly happy to be back in Hyderabad and for the film to be released in Telugu because it brings back memories from her Telugu films 1 and Dochey. Varun also said that he’s happy that the film is releasing in Telugu. Varun sang a song from the film, and both Varun and Kriti entertained the audience with a dance step from the film.
Talking at the even, Allu Aravind said that he’s sure that the film will do well in Telugu because of the nature of the subject of the film. He also said that it is happy for him to see that language barriers have been removed in Indian cinema, and that he ‘s happy that the audiences of India are enjoying films from all across the country. He even said that he wishes to make a direct film with Varun Dhawan very soon.
