The ongoing controversy surrounding the discovery of animal fat in Tirupati Balaji Prasad has taken a new turn, with prominent figures engaging in heated exchanges. The issue, which has sparked widespread concern and debate, has been further complicated by personal and political rivalries.
Senior actor Prakash Raj, known for his outspoken views on social and political matters, responded to a tweet by Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan regarding the findings. Raj questioned the need for Kalyan to “blow up the issue nationally,” suggesting that such actions could exacerbate communal tensions.
Pawan Kalyan’s fans quickly rallied to his defense, criticizing Raj for his comments. Joining the fray, MAA President Manchu Vishnu, a rival of Raj in recent elections, expressed his support for Kalyan. Vishnu emphasized the significance of Tirumala Laddu as a symbol of faith for millions of Hindus and urged Raj to refrain from spreading unnecessary fear.
Raj, however, remained unyielding in his stance. In response to Vishnu’s comments, he reiterated his perspective while also taking a jab at Vishnu’s upcoming film, “Kannappa,” which has been the subject of online ridicule.
The escalating feud between Raj and Vishnu has further intensified the controversy surrounding the Tirupati Laddu incident, highlighting the complex interplay of personal, political, and religious factors in shaping public discourse.
