Two out of four Sankranthi films are out in theaters already and the third and the biggest of all, Vinaya Vidheya Rama is releasing today.
The film is riding on high expectations post Ram Charan’s blockbuster Rangasthalam and brand Boyapati. Nearly Rs. 90 crore is at stake, which means nothing but a super hit can ensure profits.
The film looks to be a typical Boyapati film with loads of mass masala and high octane action.
Neither the promos nor audio have met expectations, but the film is set for a thumping opening at the box office given the track record of mass entertainers during Sankranthi season.
With the two Sankranthi films opening to lukewarm response so far, trade is having high hopes on this mass entertainer to deliver the goods.
Ram Charan has a decent record for Sankranthi with hit films like Naayak and Yevadu doing well against competition. He also has a good strike rate with mass films compared to other genres.
Fans and buyers are hoping that Charan puts his crowd pulling powers at display for Vinaya Vidheya Rama and deliver a box office friendly movie.
Stay tuned for our take on this Boyapati mark masala.
