Trivikram Srinivas is one of the top directors in Tollywood, who is quite busy handling the projects of top stars in Telugu cinema. After scoring a blockbuster with Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, the ace filmmaker has provided screenplay and dialogues for Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak, which is a roaring hit at the box office.
It is a known fact that Trivikram has teamed up with Mahesh Babu for his next film, tentatively titled #SSMB28. The pre-production works of the movie are happening at a brisk pace and it will start rolling once the Khaleja actor wraps up his ongoing project ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’.
The latest update is that Trivikram, who is one of the highest-paid filmmakers, is said to be taking a whopping amount as remuneration for Mahesh Babu’s movie. While he charged Rs 25 crores for Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, this time he doubled his salary and is taking Rs 50 crores as remuneration. Apparently, this is the highest pay for a Tollywood director other than Rajamouli.
Haarika and Hassine Creations is backing the project while Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead. Thaman is the music director. #SSMB28 marks the third outing of Trivikram and Mahesh Babu after Athadu and Khaleja.
