Dhruvi Patel, a Computer Information System student from the United States, has made history by becoming the winner of Miss India Worldwide 2024. The prestigious pageant, one of the longest-running Indian beauty contests outside of India, celebrated its 31st anniversary this year.
Patel, who dreams of becoming a Bollywood actor and UNICEF Ambassador, expressed her gratitude and excitement upon winning the coveted title. “Winning Miss India Worldwide is such an incredible honor,” she said. “It’s more than a crown – it represents my heritage, my values, and the opportunity to inspire others on a global scale.”
The pageant also crowned winners in the Mrs and Teen categories. SuAnn Mouttet from Trinidad and Tobago won the Mrs category, while Sierra Suret from Guadeloupe took home the Miss Teen India Worldwide title.
The Miss India Worldwide pageant, organized by the New York-based India Festival Committee, is a celebration of Indian beauty, culture, and heritage. The event showcases the talents and achievements of Indian women from around the world and provides them with a platform to advocate for important causes.
