Varun Tej’s much-awaited sports drama ‘Ghani’ has blocked two release dates, just like Bheemla Nayak did. Today, the makers announced that the film would either release on February 25th or March 4th, depending on the Covid-19 situation and theatre occupancy.
Sharing the release date, the makers wrote, “After careful deliberation and considering the prevailing situations, #Ghani Boxing glove will be releasing on February 25th or March 4th! Depending upon the release schedule of other films. We would like a healthy release for all films. See you in theatres…very very soon!!!”
The other day, the makers of Bheemla Nayak announced two dates for the release. They blocked 25th February and 1st April. Interestingly, the Ghani team also locked the same date in February. If Bheemla Nayak opts for the April release, then the Varun Tej starrer has a high chance of going for the 25th February release. Or else, it will move a week forward and hit the screens on March 4th.
Directed by Kiran Korrapati, the film also stars Saiee Manjrekar, Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Suniel Shetty and Naveen Chandra.
