Byreddy Siddharth Reddy had joined the YSRCP back in 2018 and in five years, Reddy saw good growth in the party. Given his calibre, he was made the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) chairman. He has been doing well in his post and holding various sports tournaments to encourage students to take up sports.
However, more than his growth, his alleged issues with Nandikotkur MLA Toguru Arthur often hit the headlines. On one occasion, followers of both leaders had indulged in a big fight and the issue reached the notice of the party leadership. This made the leadership angry.
As an interesting element in Kurnool politics, it has been reported that Byreddy is reportedly trying to join the TDP and he even met Nara Lokesh. Talks are going on and we might hear news on this, media reports said. The news is being spread like a wildfire.
However, Byreddy’s followers are alleging that there is no truth in the news and Byreddy has no intentions of leaving the YSRCP and joining TDP. Mention that Byreddy said that in the earlier too that he will be with YCP no matter what, his followers are arguing everyone to not believe the news.
But anything is possible in politics and leaders changing sides is not new. If Byreddy thinks that he had enough with MLA and issues with him, then he might join the grand old party.
