The Telugu Desam Party is celebrating the centenary celebrations of NTR in a big way and none other than Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth arrived in Andhra Pradesh to be a part of the celebrations. He came to Vijayawada earlier today and Nandamuri Balakrishna received him.
Rajinikanth’s arrival added a new star value to the centenary celebrations. But there is a reason behind inviting him. Rajinikanth always looked up to NTR and whenever he used to come to Hyderabad, he used to meet the star and seek his blessings.
Pedarayudu is a special film in Telugu cinema as Rajinikanth played a crucial role. NTR graced the opening ceremony of the film and blessed the movie team. He attended the event as the Chief Minister of combined Andhra Pradesh.
Moreover, Rajinikanth had the opportunity to act with NTR in two films. On many occasions, Rajinikanth said how he used to meet NTR during his Hyderabad visit and remembered his close association. It is said that Rajinikanth has a big portrait of Sr NTR at his house which says how much he likes and respects the TDP founder.
