Karan Johar throwing parties to Bollywood celebs is a regular affair. Every now and then, he throws party to his closed ones. He has recently organized party on Saturday night which was attended by Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Vicky Kaushal, Arjun Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and others. While Karan himself has shared the video on his Instagram page, the video went viral.
However, a few netizens have alleged it as a “drugs party”. In fact, Shiromani Akali Dal MLA Manjinder Sirsa had alleged that the celebs at Karan’s party were under the influence of drugs. He said Karan had “proudly” shared the video. Manjinder had written a letter and posted it on Twitter. He alleged that the video itself was the proof that drugs were used.
Karan has come down heavily on Manjinder and others who made those allegations. He said he is not fool to shoot such videos and share. “Why will we share video if we took drugs? I will not spare this time.” Karan said he has been very patient every time, but he said he can’t spare this time as the SAD MLA has crossed his limits.
Karan said he has thrown party for the actors and technicians who work tirelessly whole week and his party was just a small recreation to them in the weekend as well as get together. While the video saw Vicky Kaushal rubbing his nose and the MLA raised why Vicky was rubbing his nose, Karan shot back saying whether Vicky doesn’t have freedom to rub his own nose.
Karan clarified that they all have celebrated like a family listening to music and having good, tasty food and having chit-chat and conversation. He said nothing wrong was taken place. Karan found fault with MLA and others for making false allegations without any substantial evidence. Karan said if any individual imagines and try to cause harm to his respect and dignity, he said he will not spare. Karan’s comments have got a lot of support from industry folks and other netizens on social media who found fault with MLA.
