Will Fastly Wrapped Remake Give Him Relief?

Already he has rained half dozen films on Tollywood, but there is not even a single consolidated hit that would cement his market position and make him a sought after star. We are talking about young hero Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas who has his ‘Sita’ released last week and getting ready to come up with a film next month.

Alludu Sreenu, Speedunnodu, Jaya Janaki Nayaka, Saakshyam, Kavacham and Sita are the six films Bellamkonda came up with ever since his debut as a hero. However, none of them worked despite having some big names like Vinayak, Boyapati and Teja as directors. Even the presence of happening beauties like Samantha, Kajal and Pooja Hegde failed to give a kick.

With his recent release, last Friday’s Sita, also going for a duck, now Bellamkonda is readying to come up with his next film on June 21. That’s too early, but the young hero is hopeful that this Tamil film Ratchasan remake will work big time in Telugu. The film is titled Rakshasudu and has Anupama Parameswaran in the lead, while Ramesh Varma is directing it.

Talk is that Rakshasudu is wrapped at a fast pace, as Bellamkonda has started shooting for it only months ago. We agree its a remake so they might have got it easily done, but the film works only if the soul is properly captured. Let’s see what happens.
