Will Pushpa Change its Pan-India Plans?

Until the vaccine for COVID-19 comes in place, social distancing will be part of our daily lives. The movie business, which already got affected badly, will undergo many changes.

In this backdrop, there are murmurs in the Tollywood industry is that Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa’ may rethink about making it into a Pan-India film.

Although Allu Arjun’s graph has increased and his stardom witnessed further improvement with the record-breaking success of “Ala Vaikunthapurramloo”, he has no market in North India.

His well-wishers say it is time to back off from projecting it as Pan-India film. They suggest him to plan such Pan-India appealing films after the release of “Pushpa” by then market conditions may improve.

But Allu Arjun is not going to back off. The film will resume shoot as soon as the lockdown is eased and shootings are permitted.

He wants to cash in on the popularity and attention he got from non-Telugu audiences with the viral song of “Butta Bomma”.

Meanwhile, Sukumar in a recent interview with GreatAndhra said he’s fine-tuning the script during this lockdown period.

He is also doing pre-production work meticulously to bring the down the wastage of expenditure when the film hits the floors.
