Anil Ravipudi is one of the most successful directors in Tollywood. Irrespective of a set of audience who do not like his brand of films, the family audience loves his movies and they always end up in profits. Right from his first film ‘Pataas’ to his recent outing ‘F3’, Anil is yet to face a failure. He is known for her high dose of comedy and he makes sure that he has enough moments for the masses to cheer too.
As we know, Anil Ravipudi will be working with Balakrishna now. There were rumors about the ‘F2’ director handling the launch of Balayya’s son Mokshagnya but they turned out to be false as Anil himself confirmed that it is not going to happen. Right from the beginning of his career, Anil Ravipudi’s films are 70% comedy, 20% action and 10% emotion according to many.
He himself considers comedy as his main strength. But Nandamuri Balakrishna is a hero whose films need to be high on elevation scenes and mass moments. People expect a mass feast from Balakrishna and they cannot see Balayya doing too much comedy. Anil Ravipudi claimed in an interview that he will be showing a new side of him with Balayya’s film and the audience are eager to watch it.
Currently, Balakrishna is working on a mass entertainer under Gopichand Malineni’s direction. Popular Kannada actor Duniya Vijay will be seen as the antagonist in this movie while Varalakshmi Sarathkumar is playing a key role. Glamorous lady Shruti Hassan is going to be the female lead in this project. Tollywood’s leading production house Mythri Movie Makers are producing this much-awaited film. Thaman who stood as the backbone in the success of ‘Akhanda’ and Gopichand Malineni’s ‘Krack’ is giving music for this film and Rishi Punjabi is the cinematographer. His terrific work can be seen in movies like ‘Sarrainodu’ and ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka’. Navin Nooli who recently won a National Award for ‘Jersey’ will be the editor while Sai Madhav Burra will be penning the dialogues. AS Prakas is the art director while Ram-Lakshman masters will be composing the fights.
