YS Sharmila to give a break to Padayatra, to fly off to US?

YSRTP chief YS Sharmila has decided to take a break from her padayatra. Sources say that excessive heat, sweaty summer and complete lack of response to her walkathon has forced her to take a break. Sources close to her say that she will use the vacation to complete some pending tasks in the US. The yatra, which is now in Bhadradri Kothagudem district, will be temporarily stopped.

This is the second time she has given a break to her yatra. The first time she did was when there were elections to the MLC seats. Even otherwise, the yatra is not yielding the desired dividends for her. The response is lukewarm and the organisers are forced to hire crowds for the meetings. Sharmila has completed 60 days of her yatra.

So far, Sharmila has covered 791 km distance during the 60 day yatra. The original plan is trek for 4000 km in 400 days. She launched the yatra from Chevella. In fact, late YSR used to launch every yatra or programme from Chevella. So, Sharmila too chose Chevella for her yatra.

According to party sources, the yatra would be given a temporary halt in the first week of May. The yatra would resume after the summer heat subsides, according to sources. The party sources say that Sharmila would used this gap to make a visit to the US.
