YS Vivekananda Reddy’s Murder Case Accused commits suicide

The death of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy before general elections was sensational news and it became a subject of discussion in both Telugu speaking states. In what could be the case of brutal killing, mystery shrouds the death of Mr. Reddy.

Now, it is in the news that one of the accused in Viveka’s death case, Srinivasulu Reddy, has committed suicide while getting treated in Kadapa hospital. In the suicide note left by Srinivasulu Reddy, he reportedly mentioned that he’s being severely harrassed by Police officials.

He also wrote that he’s not involved in Vivekananda’s death case. Also, Srinivasulu Reddy wrote individual letters to CM Jagan and YS Bhaskar Reddy. The family members who received the suicide letter from doctors alleged that he’s being harassed by CI Ramulu due to which he was under stress.

As soon as YSRCP came into power, the govt fastened the investigation into Vivekananda Reddy’s case. To take it forward, the court has allowed police officials to conduct Narco analysis, Polygraph & Beep tests on Rangayya, watchman at Viveka’s residence.

As part of the investigation, around 60 people were questioned and for manipulating evidence, the Police filed a case on E Gangi Reddy, Krishna Reddy, Prakash and took them into custody. After 90 days of remand, they were given bail by the court on June 27th.
