The water dispute between the Telugu states continues to deepen day by day. Ministers and ruling party leaders in both states are raising the political heat with fierce criticism.
Now, APIIC chairperson and YSRCP MLA Roja has responded to the water dispute between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The actress-turned-politician, who visited Tirumala, alleged that the Telangana government is using water illegally for power generation. She urged the Telangana state not to do injustice to Andhra Pradesh by taking inappropriate decisions.
Roja said she wanted the water dispute to be cleared up modestly. If not, the Center should mediate and do justice to Andhra Pradesh. She also warned the Telangana leaders not to pass any personal comments on late CM YSR and current CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
On the other hand, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has penned separate letters to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Water Resources Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat regarding the water dispute.
