Victory Venkatesh was one of the top stars in his heydays with good success rate. However, he has slowed down in signing new films and also finishing them, though he used to wrap up films at rapid pace until few years ago.Furthermore, destiny is playing with Venkatesh’s career. The actor’s flick with director Teja has been shelved, if some reports are to be believed. Since Teja is needed to complete NTR biopic with Balakrishna in quick time to release the film for Dussehra, he backed out of directing Venky’s film.
In recent times, few other films of Venky were cancelled owing to different reasons.Venkatesh’s Radha with director Maruthi was dropped due to copyright claims, though the duo later worked for another film Babu Bangaram which bombed at box office.Venky was supposed to work with director Krish for a high budget entertainer. When the makers were about to make an official announcement, they got objection from other filmmaker who then told to have acquired rights of a novel based on which Krish penned story for his film.
Director Kishore Tirumala planned to make a hilarious entertainer Aadallu Meeku Joharlu with the 57 year old actor. Nonetheless, this film too got shelved due to some reasons.With Teja’s film, a total of four films of Venkatesh were cancelled in recent times. Hope, he will bounce back with his next films!
