Tough Taskmaster SS Rajamouli is all set to create a visual splendor in his upcoming project RRR. The latest reports suggest that a village set has been erected in Hyderabad at Gandipet for a crucial schedule.
Going into details, it is heard that the cost of the specially erected set is almost Rs.20 Cr. Yes, Rs. 20 Crores absolutely. A source close to the RRR team said that the makers are already busy with the set preparation. It is also heard that Rajamouli is going to can the freedom movement-scenes in this erected set for more than a month, once the lockdown is lifted.
The film’s Production Designer, Sabu Cyril, has been working on it diligently. Looks like Rajamouli is leaving no stone unturned to enhance the grandeur of the film!
Set in the late 1800s and early 1900s, RRR will have Jr NTR playing a rebellious character called Komaram Bheem who fought the Nizam rulers for the rights of the Adivasis living in the forests of Telangana.
Ram Charan will be seen in the powerful Alluri Sitarama Raju role. This high-budget film is being directed by Rajamouli and bankrolled by DVV Danayya. The film also features Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, Samuthirakani, and Olivia Morris in other roles.
