AP Women’s Commission issues summons to CBN

Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu and party leader Bonda Uma were summoned by the state women’s commission on Friday for humiliating the Chairperson of the Commission Vasireddi Padma and trying to obstruct her from listening to the woes of the gang rape victim at the Vijayawada Government Hospital on the day.

The Women’s Commission has issued summons to Chandrababu and Bonda Uma to appear in person for an inquiry into the incidents that terrorized the rape victim.

“Nara Chandrababu Naidu and the opposition leader-cum Telugu Desam Party leader of Andhra Pradesh State is hereby requested to personally attend before the office of the Andhra Pradesh State Women’s Commission for the enquiry scheduled on 27.11.2022 at 11.00 A.M., and give his explanation,” the notice read
