Telugu Desam Party(TDP) leader and former AP Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya got a sigh of relief, a sessions court has granted bail to her, who was arrested in Bowenpally kidnap case.
A sessions court has granted bail for Bhuma Akhila Priya with her lawyer knocking on the doors of the court seeking directives to grant her bail taking her health condition into consideration.
The sessions court granted bail to the former Minister with the conditions like a personal bond of Rs 10,000 and surety signatures from two people. Akhila Priya’s bail petition was earlier rejected by the Secunderabad court.
Bhuma Akhila Priya was arrested by the Bowenpally police in connection with the much-talked-about Bowenpally kidnap case. The cops have named Akhila Priya as A1 in the case and claimed that she was the Master Mind behind the kidnap and she has planned and executed the kidnap.
After arresting her, the cops produced her before the court. The court awarded judicial remand to her. Since then, she has been trying to get bail. After a long waiting, she was granted bail. She is expected to get released on Saturday.
