Telugu Party’s cadre has been scattered into bits and pieces by the ruling YSRCP over a period of time. Many TDP leaders defected to the YSR Congress Party and especially in Northern Andhra Pradesh, the YSRCP is targeting the leaders who did withstand Jagan’s storm in the 2019 general elections and are making TDP kneel down without any strength in their party.

A former MLA from Yalamanchili recently left the Telugu Desam Party and joined the ranks of Jagan. At the same time, Rahman, in-charge of the Visakhapatnam party, did bid goodbye to Babu.
