Minister KTR countered Congress charges against the budget, by stating that every penny taken in the form of loan is an investment for the development and clarified that four times the amount invested will be reaped in future. Further, KTR said that India is the fastest grwoing economies in the world with growth rate of 7 %, which is more than China, USA, Germany, Japan and Korea. KTR stated that Telangana’s GSDP is the 11 th largest in the country, above Punjab, Haryan and Bihar.
