Corona cases are increasing rampantly day by day in Telangana, especially in Hyderabad. The lockdown eased further after the relaxations and is now in unlocking phase. However, the government has given permission for the shooting of serials and movies in Tollywood as part of the lockdown. Reportedly Producer/actor Bangla Ganesh was tested positive for Covid-19, becoming the first person to have got infected with the virus. In this regard, one of the serial star was also found to be its victim.
Lately, it was reported that acclaimed Tv actor Prabhakar was found to be positive for Corona virus. As he was involved in a serial shooting recently, it caused quite a stir. All of the crew involved in the shooting location are undergoing corona testing currently and were advised to stay self isolated for 2 weeks.
With that the TV serial shooting has ground to halt abruptly. This not only appalled all the serial artists, but also created panic among them. Within no time the information was spread like wild fire and many people began to vex Prabhakar with continuous calls. This whole episode, however came to an end when Prabhakar cleared the air saying it was not him but another serial actor with the same name and told he is hale and hearty. Reports surfaced from the media that the actor is ‘Matti Gajulu’ fame and has been currently shooting for the serial ‘Suryakantham’ which is aired on Zee Telugu channel. He too was approached to know the truth but remained tight lipped and disconnected the phone.
